Buzz Passion of the Christ Producer is special guest at BDF event 9.17.2007 BDF thanks our hosts for a successful BDF "Passion for Life Benefit," with special guest, Motion Picture Producer Stephen McEveety -- Producer of The Passion of the Christ and Executive Producer of Bella (coming to theatres Oct. 26). The beautiful September 14th event at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort was attended by 175 guests who enjoyed an address by Stephen McEveety who drew parallels between the obstacles overcome in both The Passion movie and our life-affirming legal work. Funds raised from the "Passion for Life" Benefit support BDF’s mission to speak truth to power and to be a voice for the voiceless in the courts, the legislatures, the universities, and the media.
